You don’t need more noise. You need alignment.
You need action that builds trust, raises funds, and moves people—together.
When nonprofits are underfunded, overlooked, and overwhelmed, the world doesn’t just lose services—it loses solutions. It loses momentum, equity, and access.
At Dixon Mason Group Charities (DMGC), we believe that every mission deserves more than survival. It deserves strategy. It deserves funding. And it deserves to scale—fast.
Founded by Dr. Shena Dixon Mason, Esq., DMGC was built on the conviction that nonprofit work shouldn’t be delayed by bureaucracy or paralyzed by a lack of resources.
With a unique blend of legal insight, grassroots activism, business acumen, and executive coaching, DMGC bridges the gap between vision and viability.
Whether we're responding to urgent food insecurity through Swap for Hunger, equipping nonprofits with rapid-growth interventions through 24 Hour Magic Maker, or honoring community champions through our Presidential Service Award certification, our mission is the same: to empower nonprofits to move faster, fund smarter, and lead with impact.
DMGC isn’t a charity for charity’s sake. It’s a launchpad for action—designed to equip, elevate, and energize the people and organizations who are solving America’s most urgent challenges.
Where Local Efforts Get Lifted, Funded, and Fully Seen
A Rapid-Response Initiative for Nonprofits in Need
24 Hour Magic Maker™ is a community-centered project of Dixon Mason Group Charities, created to help nonprofits overcome critical challenges—fast.
Born from years of frontline work with underfunded and overstretched organizations, it offers something rarely seen in the nonprofit space: real solutions, delivered in real time.
This project was built on one core belief: when a community is ready to act, it shouldn’t have to wait.
Led by Dr. Shena Dixon Mason, Esq., and supported by a crew of 10X-trained experts, the program focuses entirely on nonprofit sustainability—helping organizations tackle their biggest roadblocks in just 24 hours.
Through focused consultation, hands-on execution, and strategic planning, each session is designed to restore momentum and rebuild trust in what’s possible.
Whether it's funding gaps, program design, or organizational clarity—24 Hour Magic Maker™ exists to strengthen the nonprofits that strengthen our communities.
A Community-Based Food & Wellness Initiative
Swap for Hunger™ is a grassroots health and nutrition project by Dixon Mason Group Charities, created to help communities take ownership of their wellness—starting with what they grow, what they eat, and how they live.
In partnership with Youngevity®, a holistic health company founded by Dr. Joel Wallach, this initiative is rooted in one core belief: long, healthy lives begin with informed nutrition.
Youngevity’s decades of research in nutritional science support our mission by providing access to education, supplements, and lifestyle tools that empower communities to make healthier choices every day.
But access to information isn't enough.
That’s why Swap for Hunger™ also provides the means to act on it—through Tower Garden® systems, which allow families, schools, and shelters to grow fresh produce anywhere, year-round, without soil or large land space.
Together, Youngevity and Tower Garden help us address both knowledge and nourishment—two pieces often missing in communities facing food insecurity.
This project transforms passive need into active growth, putting the power of health back into local hands.
Swap for Hunger™ isn’t just about feeding people.
It’s about restoring dignity, resilience, and wellness—one garden, one meal, one family at a time.
Honoring the Heart of Service in Every Community
The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is a national honor that recognizes individuals who have dedicated significant hours to community service and civic impact.
As an official certifying organization, Dixon Mason Group Charities ensures that volunteers across the country are not only seen—but celebrated.
This award isn’t about prestige. It’s about purpose.
Whether it's a student organizing food drives, a veteran mentoring youth, or a faith-based leader building bridges in their neighborhood—volunteers are the invisible force behind real community transformation.
The PVSA program allows us to formally acknowledge that impact and affirm the power of service as a national value.
Through DMGC, qualifying individuals and organizations can apply for the award, receive documentation of their hours, and be recognized with a medal, certificate, and official letter from the President of the United States.
This initiative helps local heroes feel what they often don’t hear:
“Your service matters. And so do you.”
Because nonprofits shouldn’t have to do the hardest work with the fewest resources.
To strengthen nonprofits by providing hands-on support, sustainable strategies, and responsive solutions that help them serve their communities with greater impact and less burnout.
We envision a country where frontline organizations are fully equipped—not just to survive, but to grow, lead, and transform the neighborhoods they care for. We believe strong nonprofits are essential to strong communities.
We combine legal insight, nonprofit strategy, and real-time problem solving to meet organizations exactly where they are. Whether it’s through emergency funding guidance, project development, or recognition programs, we provide tools that are both actionable and community-specific.
Our work is grounded in collaboration. We partner with existing efforts, amplify local leaders, and build infrastructure that reflects the realities nonprofits face—especially in underserved areas.
Not every need makes headlines. These projects exist to meet people where support is often missing—and offer practical help that matters.
Kids Cash Flow™ is a financial literacy initiative under Dixon Mason Group Charities that introduces children to the basics of money, business, and economic participation.
Many children—especially those in underserved communities—grow up without access to practical financial education. This gap creates long-term barriers around income, ownership, and opportunity.
In partnership with the Grant Cardone Foundation, Kids Cash Flow™ provides books, workshops, and mentorship programs that help children understand how money works, how to start a small business, and how they can actively shape their financial future.
Your Beauty Story™ is a supportive initiative that provides makeup and skincare products to student volunteers who dress as beloved characters—bringing joy to children undergoing cancer treatment.
These character visits offer emotional relief and connection during a difficult time, but performers often need help covering the cost of supplies. The right support ensures they can show up prepared and confident for each child they serve.
In partnership with A Moment of Magic (AMOM)—a nonprofit that organizes over 1,200 volunteers across 30+ college chapters—DMGC donates essential makeup and skincare products.
These gifts help maintain hygiene, protect skin under heavy costumes, and ensure every character—from princesses to superheroes—can be present with dignity, care, and imagination.
Your Cash, Your Cause™ is an everyday giving initiative that invites individuals to redirect routine purchases—like coffee, wine, skincare, or cleaning products—toward community impact.
People want to support causes, but they don’t always have extra money to give. This project makes giving possible without asking for more—just asking for a swap.
Through an inventory of over 22,000 products, DMGC offers alternative shopping options where proceeds directly support core projects like food access, youth education, and volunteer programs. It’s a simple way to turn daily choices into community support.
Every nonprofit we serve starts with one call, one challenge, or one idea. Let’s talk about yours.
Dixon Mason Group Charities was founded in response to a growing gap: nonprofits with strong missions and deep community roots were being stretched thin—trying to meet urgent needs with limited tools, support, or recognition.
After years of serving alongside these organizations, Shena Dixon Mason saw that the real problem wasn’t a lack of passion—it was a lack of infrastructure. Many nonprofits knew what needed to be done; they just didn’t have the resources or responsive systems to do it.
So she launched DMGC—not as a foundation, but as a functional partner. A people-first, problem-solving organization that could move quickly, offer hands-on strategy, and meet community leaders where they are.
What began as a single turnaround project has grown into a national platform—supporting initiatives in food access, youth education, nonprofit growth, and volunteer recognition. Today, DMGC helps nonprofits not only recover—but reimagine how they serve.
Because communities shouldn’t have to fight for change alone.
And nonprofits shouldn’t have to build everything from scratch.
Dr. Shena Dixon Mason, Esq. leads each of these platforms with strategy, clarity, and purpose.
